Most of the Han Chinese escape back to China fearing reprisals, despite Tibetans feeling very little ill will, it was the regime that was their enemy, n the ordinary people.

37. China agrees formally to dissolve all political power in Greater Tibet to the Kalon Tripa. Tibet gains back power to all its 3 major regions, re-instates its own monetary systems and is formally recognised by the UN.
